Matt’s place was a perfect place to stay! We had beautiful views as well as peace and quiet while still being just minutes from the surrounding towns. Would definitely book with him again!

Matt’s unit in the mountains of Gatlinburg was fantastic with an incredible view and cozy living space. His house rules, instructions, recommendations, and overall friendly demeanor made it a comfortable and stress free stay. Matt even helped up change our reservation due to a last minute case of the flu, something that’s incredibly appreciated by both myself and my girlfriend. I’d absolutely recommend Matt for anyone staying in Gatlinburg!

I really appreciated how clean and nice Matt’s condo was and how easy it was to get info. When we first arrived at the condo, we could not find the wifi password in the location Matt said it would be located. I wrote him and he responded very quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. He immediately gave me the info I needed. I really appreciate that he was so quick to respond!!

This was my second time staying at one of Matt’s listings, and we had a great stay. Matt is extremely accommodating and great with communication. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. I will definitely be back!

my husband and I loved the condo! Great location, close to everything but not on the main Street so it was quiet and private. we loved the 3:00 check in and the 11:00 check out. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay! We booked it same day as arrival and it was just as the description. Very clean and cozy. Matt was super quick to respond and the condo was easily found, put it in the GPS and it took us straight there. We will defiantly be returning!

Staying at this location was an incredible couples weekend getaway for the weekend. We absolutely loved the view and this condo was very charming. Matt was very helpful providing not only directions and assistance, but great recommendations for the area. Truly a place that we will stay again when coming back to the area. Bottom line…great place, great area, great price, and a great host!

This was no doubt the best vacation I’ve been on, and that couldn’t have happened without this beautiful condo. It was super clean and felt so at home. We were very upset when we had to leave. We will be back soon though and will be booking with Matt again!
