This was my first Airbnb experience, and Matt helped make it a great one! The unit was clean, tastefully decorated and came with enough basic essentials to last through our stay. It is in a great location; close to all the area attractions while being off the main road enough to not be noisy. If I had to nitpick about anything, it would be that the balcony at the back of the unit doesn't have much for a view as it faces a hillside / other condo building. He provided clear instructions for check in / check out, and they were not burdensome. I appreciate how easy check-in was since we arrived late at night. Special thanks as well for making it easy to extend our stay by a day when our travel plans unexpectedly changed. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay, and would gladly rent a unit from Matt again in the future!

This was our first time exploring the smokies and Matt’s place was the perfect place to stay. This place is in a great location that is close to all of the attractions and great restaurants. This was the easiest check in and Matt was super responsive. I have already recommended this place to friends and family we will definitely stay again.

This was a great spot for my family to stay! Plenty of linens and blankets and towels. Love that it was ground level and a quick walk across the parking lot to the pool. Most of the places and trails we wanted to visit were only a 20-30 minute drive away from the condo. Good location.

The views of the mountains were amazing. The space was quiet and peaceful. The pool/hot tub were an added bonus. Short drive to Gatlinburg and the national park. Would highly recommend for those looking for a space to stay on their getaway.

Matt's place was a great option for my family, 2 kids and 2 adults. It had a beautiful view of the mountains, it was very close to the National park, where we got hours of hiking in at. We also got time to enjoy the pool at the clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay, we will be looking to book at his other locations, as well!

We enjoyed the location of the condo and it comfortable and just the right size for my the two of us. We also liked the layout where the bathroom had two entryways so as not to disturb someone sleeping coming from the living area, and easy access from the bedroom. As a bonus, it was nice having covered parking close by that we were able to use. We would stay at Matt's property again.

Great place to stay when visiting the Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge! The place was perfect for my family and we rested great! The bed and pillows are super comfy! The condo was fully equipped and was clean! Totally recommend this place if you’re looking for a spacious and homey vibe!

We had a great stay! Really appreciated the close proximity to all attractions (Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, etc). The amenities were great & view from the balcony was beautiful, would definitely recommend. If there's something to take into account, sometimes we could hear other people upstairs. Something to consider if you're a light sleeper. But we had no issues sleeping from being exhausted enjoying our trip during the day.

Matt's condo was exactly as described. very close to all the attractions. the most stunning view you've ever seen. Matt was very good at communicating and very nice. I would definitely sray here again! 10/10
