Heated outdoor pool also open. ***This unit was recently remodeled and completed on 2/9/24 with brand new modern updates. Same great unit with 428 reviews as of 2/9/24, but with new updates and style!! ******* Kitchen: Newly remodeled with new granite countertop, open shelving, and appliances. Full-size refrigerator/freezer, K-Cup Coffee Maker and regular coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, and all basic cookware. NEW-Added a 4qt CrockPot and Brita filtered water pitcher. Living Room: Large electric fireplace, couch with fold out queen sleeper with memory foam mattress. 65" Roku SmartTV. Two comfortable chairs on balcony with a table to enjoy the views while drinking a glass of wine or your favorite drink. Bathroom: Full Bathtub/Shower. New vanity with matching mirror. Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, as well as a basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied. Beds: The Queen size Alcove Bed is tucked away off the living room. This queen bed has a new Memory Foam mattress with drawers underneath for storage. The large window above this bed looks directly out at Mt. Leconte. Our new queen sleeper couch has a fold out bed with a memory foam mattress as well. Location: Gatlinburg Summit is located in a wonderful area that is a very quiet and peaceful setting. While it is atop the mountain in order to have the magnificient views, it is still close to all the action. You are just around the corner from Ober Gatlinburg. You can skip all the Gatlinburg traffic by taking the bypass and arrive quickly and stress free. Downtown Gatlinburg is quickly accessible by 4 different locations to give you plenty of options including Ski Mountain Rd(Light #10), Sugarlands Welcome Center in the National Park(via bypass), Light #3 at Ripley's Aquarium(via Campbell Lead Rd) and the entrance of Gatlinburg(via the bypass). All of these options are just a short 10-15 minute trip. In addition, Pigeon Forge is right down the road via the bypass in about 15-20 minutes. Don't feel like driving much? Take a very short drive to Ober Gatlinburg(less than 2 miles) and ride the scenic Aerial Tram into downtown Gatlinburg. The trams run every 20 minutes so you can return whenever you please.

While I don't have "Instant-Booking" turned on, I always respond very quickly. If you see in gaps in my calendar for 1 or 2 night stays that don't meet the 3 night minimum feel free to send me an inquiry. I generally will allow these as they form in the calendar. Please do NOT feed the bears or attempt to interact with them for your own safety.

House Rules

Absolutely No Smoking of any kind allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit. My HOA has a strict - No Pet Policy. We fully comply with FDA Service Animal requests, however Emotional Support Animals(ESA) are not permitted. Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals, and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

Nice place with cute decorations! Nice Mountain View! Have everything we need in the apt. A bit challenging drive to the apt on foggy days or at night because the roads are a bit steep and have sharp turns, but the view along the way is very nice!

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The place was far enough away to escape the town of Gatlinburg with its hustle and bustle; but close enough to adventure down for dinner with little difficulty. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future.
