No trailers are allowed. Absolutely No Smoking of any kind allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit. My HOA has a strict - No Pet Policy. We fully comply with FDA Service Animal requests, however Emotional Support Animals(ESA) are not permitted. Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals, and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

Matt is a great host. Always responsive to messages. The place feels like home the moment you step in and a good nights sleep is a guaranteed as the bedroom is very comfortable. Matt left instructions for everything we need to know. We would definitely stay at Matt’s place again

I have stayed in Matt's units before and have always been pleased. He is very responsive and wants to make sure you have a great stay! We like the location of the condo, it is clean and well furnished with cozy decor. The fireplace didn't turn on the first night, but Matt had it fixed the next day. We will be back next year!

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was very clean & it worked well for our family of 4. The location is close to everything but still quiet. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

Nicely remodeled condo. Well-equipped full kitchen - we saved so much money by buying groceries and fixing a few meals there. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very nice. It is on the third level but there is an elevator for easy access. I would stay here again if I am back in this area!
