Comfortable and stylish blue couch and accent chair. Huge 55" Smart TV. Dining table and 4 chairs, and 2 chairs on the balcony to enjoy the views while drinking a glass of wine or your favorite drink on the balcony. Bathroom: New floating vanity, lights, and lighted mirror. Bathtub/Shower Combo. Fresh Towels, hand towels, wash cloths, as well as a basic starter set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and soap supplied. Beds: The Queen size Alcove Bed is tucked away off the living room surrounded by gorgeous windowed views. This queen bed has a new Hybrid Memory Foam mattress with drawers underneath for storage. Up the spiral staircase is an additional Queen size bed that also has a Hybrid Memory Foam mattress. Loft Area(upstairs): Upstairs has a dedicated working desk, USB chargers, and lamp for those who may need a space to get work done. 50" Roku Smart TV with a Queen bed, closet, and ceiling fan. Location: Gatlinburg Summit is located in a wonderful area that is a very quiet and peaceful setting. While it is atop the mountain in order to have the magnificent views, it is still close to all the action. You are just around the corner from Ober Gatlinburg. You can skip all the Gatlinburg traffic by taking the bypass and arrive quickly and stress free. Downtown Gatlinburg is quickly accessible by 4 different locations to give you plenty of options including Ski Mountain Rd(Light #10), Sugarlands Welcome Center in the National Park(via bypass), Light #3 at Ripley's Aquarium(via Campbell Lead Rd) and the entrance of Gatlinburg(via the bypass). All of these options are just a short 10-15 minute trip. In addition, Pigeon Forge is right down the road via the bypass in about 15-20 minutes. Don't feel like driving much? Take a very short drive to Ober Gatlinburg(less than 2 miles) and ride the scenic Aerial Tram into downtown Gatlinburg. The trams run every 20 minutes so you can return whenever you please.

Other Details to Note

On 3rd floor, no elevator, must climb stairs. While I don't have "Instant-Booking" turned on, I always respond very quickly. If you see in gaps in my calendar for 1 or 2 night stays that don't meet the 3 night minimum feel free to send me an inquiry. I generally will allow these. If this space is booked or doesn't accommodate you and your guests properly please consider my other 8 units at this same location. Wild bears do wander onto the property often. Please do NOT feed the bears or attempt to interact with them for your own safety.

House Rules

Absolutely No Smoking of any kind allowed. Any evidence of smoking or pets will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit. My HOA has a strict - No Pet Policy. We fully comply with FDA Service Animal requests, however Emotional Support Animals(ESA) are not permitted. Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals, and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The drive up and down the mountain was a little scary, but the views were amazing. Matt was a responsive and kind host.

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was spotless and beautifully maintained everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. It had such a cozy and romantic atmosphere, especially with the fireplace, which made our evenings incredibly relaxing and warm. The space had all the amenities you could possibly need, making the stay completely stress-free and comfortable. Being perched on top of the mountain added to the magic it truly felt like a peaceful, cozy escape from everyday life. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place waaaay up in the mountains. The view from the balcony was wonderful, saw some wildlife. You do have to be extremely careful on the roads leading up, they are very steep and curvy with little to no guard rails along the drop offs. Downtown was about 15 minutes down the mountain.The condo itself was not very big but it felt bigger due to how the furnishings were laid out. Would definitely rent again. Matt was a great host.

This is our 4th time staying in one of Matt’s properties. We absolutely love everything about our stays, the units are so cozy and we just love the unbeatable view. The Christmas tree this time was such an added bonus. We loved it! As always, an amazing visit and we will definitely be returning.

The condo is located just above Gatlinburg w/convenient access via Gatlinburg Bypass. The last 2.5 miles to the condo can be curvy at times, but is a nice fully paved, 2 separated lanes Scenic Mountain Road. Located close to the aerial tram at O'ber Gatlinburg(1.5 miles). Free public transportation throughout Gatlinburg via Trolleys(the trolleys do not run on the mountain). Vehicle or Rental Car required. Limited Uber availability. Local Taxis services are available.
