Newly remodeled studio loft with beautiful panoramic mountain views. Only 3 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and 2 miles from the main entrance of the National Park. 1 queen alcove bed in the main area and full bed in the upstairs loft as well as separate TV viewing area. The complex has an indoor and outdoor pool and 2 indoor hot tubs(currently closed). The condo has private high speed Wi-Fi internet and HD Cable TV.

**Poolhouse has been closed indefinitely for repair. Indoor pool and hot tubs are not accessible at this time. The Outdoor Pool is heated and open seasonally(weather dependent).**

The condo has been completely remodeled with new new furniture and appliances. The 2 beds have new comfortable memory foam mattresses. The condo has a new sectional sofa which comfortably sits 4 guests. The condo also has 2 separate TV viewing areas.

Guests have access to the clubhouse which has an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, a changing room with showers, and the coin operated laundry facilities. Behind the clubhouse is a small picnic area with 2 new gas grills and small playground. Just a short walk from the clubhouse is the outdoor pool. Clubhouse is open day from 8am till 9:45pm.

The condo is located in the complex called "The Summit" which is known to have some of the best views in Gatlinburg as well as it's proximity to town, ski resort, and the main entrance to the National Park.

The Summit has plenty of general parking for guests. The complex is not a gated community so no access needed to park. The condo has parking in front of the building and if no spaces are available there is a large lot right in the center which is still close.

The condo is 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and is approx a 10-15 minute drive. The drive up to the condo is a typical curvy mountain road for the area. Sound carries to the unit below so please be considerate about noise especially after quiet time which is 10pm
